Hispanic grocery store operator Rafael Ortega has agreed to affiliate with Save-A-Lot and form a new company to rebrand six former Save-A-Lot stores in Houston and South Texas as "El Ahorro Save-A-Lot." The "El Ahorro Save-A-Lot" is a new business model for the company.
